Harshit Kumar Gupta is a driven and enthusiastic learner who is currently pursuing a BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. He is open to any opportunity that comes his way and is always eager to learn and grow. Currently, Harshit is a Software Engineer Intern at Amazon, where he worked on a project involving Support QR-code-based authentication. He learned about the MQTT protocol and experimented with various network speeds in the first phase of the project. In the second phase, he coded in Java to develop various frontend pages and made changes to the current workflow in Python language. The project was tested in testing environments of Amazon like beta and gamma, and positive results were obtained. Prior to his internship at Amazon, Harshit served as the Cell Secretary of the Web Development Cell of NSS at IIT Roorkee, where he led a team of 24 members and contributed to the NSS scheme of the Covid Fund by providing information on hospital follow-ups in the UP region. He also worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Technocolabs, where he learned the value of working in a group and in sync. Harshit's educational background includes a BTech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, where he is expected to graduate in 2023. He also attended Sunbeam School Bhagawanpur and St. John's School B.L.W. Varanasi. Harshit has a diverse tech stack that includes Software Engineering, Web Development, testing, Frontend and Backend development, Python, Java, and Machine Learning.
